  About the course
 

 

Environmental Health program is a multi-faceted field incorporating a variety of professionals, including epidemiologists, toxicologists, clinicians, industrial hygienists, policy analysts, attorneys, and molecular biologists. It provides the conceptual framework and practical tools to recognize and address environmental hazards and familiarizes students with issues of air and water quality as well as pollution, environmental law, and risk assessment. It comprises all aspect of human health and disease that are determined by factors in the environment.
 
The program  has been specially designed to provide students with the theoretical and skill in environmental health management, workplace health and safety, acoustics and noise control, health promotion, environmental protection, food management and control and housing for public health.  Students learn analytical and problem-solving skills as well as how to communicate with technical and non-technical groups.

  Fee, Duration & Entry Requirements

Malaysia Courses

  Expected Fee : RM 20,000 to RM 35,000
  Duration : 36 Months
  Entry Requirements : Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent and in good standing with at least 3 credits,including at least a pass in any one Pure Science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry) or a credit in Science.
OR
A certificate in any related discipline and in good standing (CGPA ≥ 2.00) from from a public or private institution of higher learning (IPTA or IPTS) accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
